  • Interview

Our jewelry is handmade by our artisans in our workshop from natural materials.
  • Where are your jewelry made? + -

Our jewelry is made by our artisans in our workshop in Jaipur, India.

Be Maad is also and always a craft manufacturing, of which we are very proud. Our craftsmen work the jewelry by hand, highlighting their exceptional know-how perpetuated from generation to generation.

  • What is the composition of your jewelry? + -

All our jewelry is made of brass gilded with 18K fine gold. We use natural stones, sourced and worked directly in our workshops.

All our jewelry is guaranteed with a minimum of one micron of 18 carat gold. The gilding of each of our jewelry is tested according to the models. The plating is a minimum of one micron and can go up to 3 microns for certain pieces that require a longer gold bath so that it adheres to the entire surface of the jewelry.

  • Can we wear your creations in the water? + -

Our jewelry can be worn in contact with water. We recommend that you avoid any contact with harmful products (perfume, chlorine, household products), which can alter the color of the gold and the stone.

  • How do I care for my jewelry? + -

To preserve the shine of your jewelry, we advise you to store it in its case, away from light when it is not being worn.

To maintain your jewelry, we advise you to clean it gently using a soft cloth and slightly soapy water (soap without PH) twice a year.

  • My size is not available, what should I do? + -

It usually takes between 3 to 6 weeks for a restock. We invite you to activate the alert to be notified as soon as it is back in stock.

As we are still a small company, we do not do custom-made products. We do not yet have the capacity to offer you a dozen sizes, but we are open to your suggestions. The more feedback we have from you, the more we will be able to offer more sizes.

  • guarantee

The warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase of the product.
  • How long is the warranty on my jewelry? + -

The warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase of the product. The warranty does not include breakage of the jewel or its gilding because everything depends on the use of the product. It includes the repair of a zircon, a fallen stone or a tassel following the natural wear of the jewel and wear of the clasp.

  • I lost a stone, what should I do? + -

If you wish to benefit from a repair (under warranty), we invite you to contact our customer service who will be able to give you the procedure at contact@bemaad.com .

  • my jewel is losing its gilding + -

Gold develops a patina over time, the gilding of your jewelry will fade over time and become a little less shiny than its first day. Please note that the gilding of your jewelry may vary depending on the PH of the skin, and depending on the life of the jewelry (exposure, contact with harmful products, etc.).

  • my clasp broke + -

You have one year from receipt of your jewelry to have your clasp repaired.

  • I bought my jewelry from a reseller + -

Resellers do not have the same conditions.

For any purchase made from one of our resellers, exchanges and refunds are only made within their store.

For any repairs, we invite you to contact them directly, or to go directly through our customer service by writing an email to contact@bemaad.com.
